Nebula strengthens its market position as the leading cloud service partner for SMEs by acquiring Sigmatic Oy

The leading Finnish ICT-service provider for the SME segment, Nebula Oy, acquires Sigmatic Oy and strengthens its leader position in the webhosting market in Finland. Sigmatic is experienced web hosting company operating in Finland.

The deal with Sigmatic is part of Nebula´s growth strategy to make selective and strategic acquisitions. 10,000 new small- and medium-sized customers will increase Nebula’s customer base to 45,000 customers. In addition, 10 highly skilled specialists will join Nebula, increasing the overall number of employees to 150 persons. This will further enhance Nebula´s solid foundation for future growth.
